These terms govern your use of Snapix and the Snapix Pro subscription. By signing in or subscribing, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google; your account is created automatically on first sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to the Apple or Google account you use to sign in.
Subscription & billing
- Snapix Pro is an annual subscription at $24/year (or your local-currency equivalent shown at checkout).
- New customers get a 14-day free trial in the Snapix Mac app — no payment method required. When the trial ends, subscribe on this site to keep using Snapix Pro.
- When you subscribe, your payment method is charged immediately for the first annual term, and the subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Billing is handled by Stripe as the merchant of record; invoices and receipts come from Stripe.
Refunds
With a 14-day free trial up front, you can be sure Snapix is right for you before any money changes hands. If something isn't right after you've been charged, contact us at support@snapix.app and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Snapix — for example, by attempting to break, resell, or circumvent the subscription, or by using it unlawfully.
Disclaimer
Snapix is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
